Consumer Customers (B2C)
Items purchased through our website will be sent that working day if order is received before 2pm. Orders placed after after 2pm will be sent on the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).
Shipping rates for UK Mainland customers is £4 Highlands and Islands will be £23.
Trade Customers (B2B)
We do not require a minimum order value, but rather a minimum order amount of 20 frames on first orders. Exceptions can be discussed:
We require advance payment on all orders.
Shipping Free for trade customers. For small orders, we will send via Fedex. Larger orders will be sent by pallet.
